This beautiful two bedroom end of terrace villa is situated in a small urbanization, approximately 2 km from the fisherman's village of Olhos de Água, 5 from Albufeira and 6 from the resort of Vilamoura. The villa has its own private garden and is located adjacent to the communal swimming pool which serves eight units. The accommodation comprises of two floors. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, the fully fitted well equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, etc., the dining room which seats six people has patio doors opening onto the garden and the spacious lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, Video and DVD, air conditioning and a patio door leading to the secluded terrace at the back. The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom is on the first floor which has its own balcony. The villa is within easy walking distance of restaurants and small shops. The village of Olhos de Água with its shops, good selection of restaurants and bars and the glorious sandy beach is ideal for families. The Falésia beach is also nearby. The nearest Golf courses are Pine Cliffs and Balaia. The resort of Vilamoura, with 5 golf courses is just 10 minutes drive from the villa. The Vilamoura Marina with its yachts is lined with shops, bars, restaurants and beaches on either side. It also offers a multitude of family activities and is one of the main centers for fishing and boat trips. The well known town of Albufeira is just 10 minutes drive from the villa and the Algarve Shopping, situated in Guia is only fifteen minutes drive. There are water slide parks nearby and the Zoomarine is also only fifteen minutes by car. There is maid service twice a week, the towels are changed twice a week and the bed linen once per week.
